You Enhanced LLC is an Oregon-based Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) provider founded by Kevin R. Kosik, CADC, QMHA, CHW. We work with Oregon Health Plan members who are facing housing instability, food insecurity, and the social drivers that keep people from being healthy.

How We Work

We show up early, often, and with intention. When a person is in crisis, reassurance and real advocacy are what move the needle — not paperwork done from a distance. That principle guides every case we open.
