Kevin founded YOU Enhanced LLC to serve the Oregonians other providers overlook — members in active crisis who need intensive, trauma-informed support. With credentials as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Qualified Mental Health Associate, and Community Health Worker, Kevin built his practice around the belief that high-acuity cases deserve high-touch care.

Kevin personally manages complex housing, behavioral health, and benefit-coordination cases and is the provider of record for every YOU Enhanced HRSN claim submitted to OHA.

Carrie brings more than three decades of health insurance and provider-relations expertise to YOU Enhanced LLC. With deep roots in medical claims, provider education, wellness programming, and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) work, she’s the reason our paperwork is bulletproof and our compliance is on point.

Carrie most recently supported Oregon’s HRSN program, helping community providers navigate complex Medicaid requirements with clarity and confidence. Before that, she spent 23 years at Moda Health in roles ranging from wellness program development to medical coding audits, earning her CPC certification and contributing to major process improvements and provider education initiatives across the state.

She’s a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), an award-winning quilter, a classic-car enthusiast, and a proud labrador mom to Penelope. Her motto says it all: “You’re never too cool for school.”

Ericka Marroquin is an accomplished healthcare finance leader with extensive experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, and post-acute healthcare operations. As Regional Director of Finance, she oversees financial operations, including revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, reimbursement, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

With expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance reimbursement, Ericka has successfully led organizations through complex operational challenges, including ownership transitions, payer enrollment, revenue optimization, and process improvement initiatives. She is committed to strengthening financial performance while supporting high-quality client care through efficient and compliant business practices.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Ericka works closely with executive leadership, business office teams, and clinical departments to develop sustainable financial strategies and improve organizational performance. Her focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement has helped organizations enhance collections, streamline billing operations, and maintain strong financial health.

Ericka is passionate about mentoring teams, building effective financial systems, and helping healthcare organizations navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

With more than 20 years of experience working with individuals and families, Gina has dedicated her career to helping people overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Her professional background includes mental health, behavioral health, case management, community-based services, and family-centered interventions, allowing her to support clients from diverse backgrounds and across various stages of life.

Gina holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, providing a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and behavioral interventions. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), further expanding her clinical expertise to provide comprehensive mental health services.

She is certified through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Certified (QMHP-C), Certification #24-QMHPC-001562. Throughout her career, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges in both community and home-based settings.

Gina’s counseling approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. She believes that every individual has unique strengths and the capacity for growth, and strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

With a solid background in customer service, logistics coordination, and social services support, Zac brings a results-oriented approach to every role he undertakes. His experience is focused on delivering high-quality service, addressing complex challenges, and ensuring individuals have access to the resources and support they need.

He has demonstrated success in managing logistics efficiently, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to achieve organizational objectives. His work in social services has enhanced his ability to engage with diverse populations, handle sensitive situations with care, and advocate effectively for clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
