Kevin founded YOU Enhanced LLC to serve the Oregonians other providers overlook — members in active crisis who need intensive, trauma-informed support. With credentials as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Qualified Mental Health Associate, and Community Health Worker, Kevin built his practice around the belief that high-acuity cases deserve high-touch care.

Kevin personally manages complex housing, behavioral health, and benefit-coordination cases and is the provider of record for every YOU Enhanced HRSN claim submitted to OHA.

Carrie brings more than three decades of health insurance and provider-relations expertise to YOU Enhanced LLC. With deep roots in medical claims, provider education, wellness programming, and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) work, she’s the reason our paperwork is bulletproof and our compliance is on point.

Carrie most recently supported Oregon’s HRSN program, helping community providers navigate complex Medicaid requirements with clarity and confidence. Before that, she spent 23 years at Moda Health in roles ranging from wellness program development to medical coding audits, earning her CPC certification and contributing to major process improvements and provider education initiatives across the state.

She’s a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), an award-winning quilter, a classic-car enthusiast, and a proud labrador mom to Penelope. Her motto says it all: “You’re never too cool for school.”
